PRODUCT & PACKAGING
The quality of our paper goods is very important to us. We inspect each piece prior to shipping making sure it meets our quality standards.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF LETTERPRESS PRINTING: Each piece we print will by subtly unique. Variations in inking, color, impression and position are to be expected. Similar variations may be found in our digital and foil printing. We do not offer refunds and/or returns for these slight variations. Online images offer an approximation of actual ink colors.
All products are carefully packaged with Inclosed Letterpress Co. branding applied. Products must be sold as packaged. Boxed sets and 2 Pack Charmapds may not be broken up.
We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless items have been damaged in transit or are defective. Please notify us of damaged items within 3 business days upon receipt of order and return the unopened goods for replacement. Inclosed, Inc. will reimburse the buyer’s return shipping costs and ship the replacement free-of-charge.
If you need to cancel your order, we ask that you please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call within 24 hours from time of order placement. Any changes or cancellations after 24 hours that have not been reported will result in a restocking fee for 15% of the total amount of the original order.
All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available upon request at an additional cost. Retailer will receive a tracking number via email.
